Cowboy Skull – pewter rivet-on motif with feathers

This is the great classic of our workshop, the one that made our name: often copied, never equalled.

A skull in a cowboy hat: the outlaw spirit of the Wild West, for the rebels of the asphalt.

A fringe that moves with the road

The pewter Cowboy Skull motif is riveted onto a leather washer, notched (36 mm). Below hang two pewter feathers and a bunch of dipped lambskin fringes. It moves in the wind as you ride. Fit it on a vest, a jacket, a saddlebag or wherever you like.

Choose your colours

The washer comes in red, black or white. The fringes are black, or black mixed with white, red or turquoise. The photos show each version.

How it is assembled

The fringe brings together three parts: the pewter motif, the leather washer with the two feathers, and the fringes. An 8 mm tubular rivet, already fitted in the motif, goes through them all. To fit it:

1. push the tube through your item (up to 6 mm thick);
2. clip the closing cap onto the tube;
3. tap it with a hammer.

Everything is crimped together and the fringe holds firmly, without stitching.

Made in our workshop

In our family workshop, since 1989, the pewter parts are cast in our own moulds and the fringes are assembled by hand. And in real life, it looks even better than in the photo.
