2. What data do we collect, and why?
Account creation and orders
- Data: last name, first name, delivery and billing address, email address, phone number, order contents.
- Purpose: to process and deliver your order, manage your account and provide after-sales service.
- Legal basis: performance of the sales contract.
Sign in with Google
Our website lets you sign in or create an account with your Google account. In that case, Google sends us only the following information: your name, your email address, your profile picture (if available) and a unique Google account identifier.This sign-in goes through the OneAll service, which acts as a technical intermediary between Google and our website. OneAll may receive and process this information for the sole purpose of enabling your sign-in.
- What this data is used for: only to create your customer account on traveller-shop.com and to recognize you when you sign in and place orders.
- What we do not do: we do not access your emails, your contacts, your files or any other data in your Google account. We do not sell this data, we do not share it with third parties for advertising purposes, and we do not use it for anything other than what is described here.
- Retention: this data is kept as long as your customer account exists, then deleted according to the periods indicated below.
- Deleting your data or withdrawing access: you can ask us at any time to delete your account and this data by writing to mail@traveller-shop.com. You can also remove our website’s access to your Google account from the “Security → Third-party apps with account access” page of your Google account (myaccount.google.com/permissions).
Our use of information received from Google complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Bot protection (reCAPTCHA)
- Our registration forms are protected by Google’s reCAPTCHA service. To tell humans from bots, this service may collect technical information (IP address, browsing data) and set a cookie.
- Purpose: website security.
- Legal basis: our legitimate interest in protecting the website against bots and abuse.
Payment
- Card payments are processed by SumUp, an electronic money institution authorized in Ireland. We do not store your card numbers.
Delivery
- To ship your order, we send La Poste (Colissimo) the information needed: name, delivery address and, if needed, your email and phone number for parcel tracking.
Contact form and emails
- Data: name, email address, content of your message.
- Purpose: to reply to your request.
- Legal basis: your request, and our legitimate interest in replying to it.
Legal obligations
- We keep certain data (invoices, proof of sale) to meet our accounting and tax obligations.
3. How long do we keep your data?
- Order data and invoices: 10 years (accounting obligation).
- Customer account data: for the duration of our commercial relationship, then 3 years after your last purchase or contact.
- Messages sent through the contact form: 3 years maximum after the last exchange.
4. Who receives your data?
Your data is reserved for Traveller Shop and our service providers, to the extent necessary: our host 1&1 Internet SARL, La Poste (Colissimo) for delivery, SumUp for payment, OneAll for Google sign-in, and Google for that sign-in and bot protection. We do not sell your data.
5. What are your rights?
At any time, you may request access to your data, its rectification, its erasure, the restriction of its processing, its portability, and you may object to certain processing.
To exercise these rights, write to us at mail@traveller-shop.com. We may ask you for proof of identity.
If you believe your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
6. Cookies
A cookie is a small file stored on your device when you visit a website. Our website uses technical cookies, which are essential to its operation:
- PHPSESSID: identifies your browsing session. It disappears when you close your browser.
- PrestaShop-…: remembers your cart and your sign-in to your account. Duration: about 20 days.
Google services (Google sign-in, reCAPTCHA) and the OneAll service may set their own cookies when you use them. They are governed by the privacy policies of each of these services.We use no advertising cookies.
You can delete cookies at any time in your browser settings. Without technical cookies, the cart and sign-in to your account will no longer work.
