Golgotha pin in solid pewter: a cross made of nine skulls sculpted in relief, up to 8 mm thick. Two posts, hand-applied antique silver patina. Made in our family workshop in France.
The skull and the cross have long gone together: Golgotha, where Christ was crucified, means “the place of the skull”. The skull is also the memento mori, “remember that you will die”: a reminder that life is short, and meant to be lived. Here, the cross is made entirely of nine skulls lined up: a dark, strong design where faith meets biker culture.
Real relief
Each skull is sculpted in full volume, and the cross rises up to 8 mm thick: eye sockets, noses and jaws stand out sharply under the patina. The edges are flat, so the pin sits flat against the leather, with no sharp edge sticking out or catching.
Two fastening posts
At 47 mm tall, this pin is held by two posts: it stays straight and won’t spin on your vest. To make sure you never lose it on the road, try our locking pin backs (you’ll need two), which fit all our pins.
Handmade, piece by piece
In our family workshop, since 1989, each pin is cast in solid pewter in our own moulds, deburred by hand, then patinated to give it the antique silver look that brings out every detail. No two are exactly alike.
In real life
Our photos already show the difference in finish compared with mass-produced pins. But they can’t convey the true relief or the weight of solid pewter: in your hand, the pin feels more substantial and looks even better than on screen.
